Group Pilates Mat Classes:
A maximum of 8 people per class means I can give everyone plenty of attention, making sure they get the most out of their practise.

Classes are held at Avonway Community Centre in Fordingbridge in a bright, spacious room with underfloor heating.

I use a different piece of small equipment each term to keep the lessons fresh and interesting.
