Booking Forms

Please complete the appropriate booking form(s) and either email to enquiries@avonway.org or hand into the office. Alternatively, you can post forms to Avonway Community Centre, 36 Shaftesbury Street, Fordingbridge, Hampshire, SP6 1JF.

For clubs and societies (not including large scale events, such as fundraisers), please only complete our Booking Form. For private parties and business events, please complete our Booking Form and Private Party Form. Our Private Party Form includes deposit information; please do not pay a deposit until your booking has been confirmed by the office.

PLEASE NOTE: A provisional booking confirmation email does not confirm room availability. Your booking is only secure once you have received a specific booking confirmation email.
